Moodr Privacy Policy

Moodr respects Brazil's General Data Protection Laws (LGPD) and strictly follows the recommendations of the American Psychiatric Association's (APA) guideline for choosing apps. Under no circumstances will any of your data be sold.

Moodr is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This privacy policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Apart from the email address, Moodr does not collect any personally identifiable information, such as name, ID or location. The email is the only personally identifiable information, and is subject to a one-way encryption process. This means that, from the data stored in the database, it is not possible to retrieve any information that could identify the individual who provided this information, including the email itself. Unidirectional encryption converts the data entered into a unique set of indecipherable characters, ensuring that no information recorded in the application is associated with the user's registered email address.

By using our service, the user consent to the collection and use of your personal information. We do not collect personal information for the purpose of selling it, and we do not market our user list. The user can stop entering personal information at any time, and they can choose to delete all the provided data and delete the account at any time.

Analytical Information

We use application usage information to provide you with better services. We may use anonymous information in conjunction with services such as Google Analytics to monitor and analyze service usage, to enhance functionality, and improve the experience of using our application.

Security

We take the security of your personal information seriously. We use advanced personal information protection technologies and keep your information in a secure environment. We anonymize all data that relates to an individual person, ensuring that no personal identifiable information is stored or processed. While we maintain our efforts to ensure the privacy of your personal data, no system is fully protected, and Moodr is not responsible for possible leaks caused by cyber attacks.
